William Bilodeau is a director of portfolio financing in our Boston office. Bill joined Polaris in 2000.

Experience:
Prior to Polaris, Bill was a director of Emerging Capital Markets at BankBoston, where he was responsible for designing and implementing operating infrastructure for the successful establishment of a securities underwriting, trading and distribution business, where he developed financing structures and executing debt and equity security transactions. Bill also acted in other capacities during his tenure at BankBoston, including director of Domestic Subsidiary and International Accounting and chief financial officer of BankBoston Ventures. Prior to BankBoston, Bill worked as a senior manager at Wolf & Company and as a manager at Coopers & Lybrand.

Education:
Bill received his B.A. in History at Trinity College and his M.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
